The address is 758 Marrett Road\, Lexington\, MA 02421. \n\n\n\nAll items can be pre-ordered through April 24th and picked up on the sale days – we encourage early ordering as all items are sold on a first come\, first served basis.  \n\n\n\nPlace an order of plants you are interested! \n\n\n\nPick up your order on the dates listed above. Offerings include native shrub seedlings\, wildflowers\, ferns\, grasses\, and hardgoods such as garden labels. All plants are straight\, native species that benefit our native pollinators\, wildlife\, and local ecosystem. \n\n\n\nThe Middlesex Conservation District is a not-for-profit environmental agency whose purpose is conservation of natural resources of Middlesex County. DESCRIPTION:Explore the often-overlooked role that Black people played in the Battle of Lexington & the Revolutionary War\, including enslaved soldiers. \n\n\n\nMilitary Patriot Pompey Fiske – explore the role that Black men and women\, like enslaved Lexington resident Pompey Fiske played in the Revolutionary War. \n\n\n\nThis episode features the inspirational story of Pompey Fiske and his journey from being an enslaved witness of the intense fighting at Fiske Farm on April 19\, 1775 to a soldier in the Continental Army. \n\n\n\nWhile enslaved\, Pompey Fiske lived in the Ebenezer Fiske House\, which is located on the eastern boundary of Minute Man National Historical Park near the intersection of Wood Street and Old Massachusetts Avenue. \n\n\n\nExplore what it was like to be a servant for life in Colonial Lexington and to fight for a nascent country while enslaved. \n\n\n\nA free event. \n\n\n\nPresenters: Dr. Bill Poole\, PhD\, retired history and science teacher and historian for the Lexington Minute Men and Sean D.
