As we count down to Patriots’ Day, we were honored to welcome Ken Burns — the legendary documentary filmmaker — as today’s #CalendarKeeper!
Ken stopped by Lexington to help us turn the calendar and share an early look at his forthcoming documentary, The American Revolution, which explores the pivotal role of Lexington and Concord in the fight for liberty.
The Cary Hall audience was packed — and more than half were local students from Lexington, Concord, Arlington, and Lincoln. Their presence made this a powerful full-circle moment: young people from the very towns where the Revolution began, learning from one of America’s greatest storytellers.
