📍 Grace Chapel – Lexington, MA
Join us as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through a full day of service, reflection, and community engagement. This all-day event offers opportunities to learn, serve, and connect with neighbors, while leaning into the difficult conversations necessary to build a more just and equitable community.
Activities Include:
• Opening Ceremony: Grounding libation led by Nailah Randall Bellinger, music by SNAP Chorus, and dance by RootsUprising Dance Studio.
• Activator Fair: Explore volunteer opportunities with local organizations advancing civil rights and human rights. Host a table or discover new ways to serve.
• Community Conversation on Race: Engage in an important dialogue about racial integration and equity in Lexington today.
💡 Be the Change You Seek: Take part in service projects, share your ideas, and learn how your actions help shape a more inclusive community.
📌 Don’t forget to log your volunteer hours with #VO250 to celebrate your contributions to Lexington!
This event is free and open to all. Come as you are, bring a friend, and help make a difference.
