160 Days to Go

Today’s #CalendarKeepers are the dedicated members of Scouts BSA Troop 160—a beacon of leadership and community spirit in Lexington since 1954! Troop 160 Scouts immerse themselves in monthly outdoor adventures like camping, canoeing, hiking, and biking across New England, all while giving back to our town through meaningful service projects. Look for them working with Lexington Conservation, serving cocoa at holiday events, lighting the gazebo, moving books at Cary Library, and posting colors for Flag Day, among other vital activities.

As we count down to #Lex250, Troop 160 is preparing for their much-loved Patriots’ Day Pancake Breakfast—serving reenactors, visitors, and Lexingtonians both before and after the annual Battle reenactment. Over 185 Scouts from Troop 160 have earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, proving their dedication to “doing a good turn daily” and strengthening Lexington through service. Need leadership skills or help with a project? Troop 160 has a Scout for that! Thank you, Troop 160, for inspiring future leaders and exemplifying the spirit of service that defines our community. 🌟 #Lex250 #CountdownTo250 #ServiceAboveSelf #FutureLeaders
