Did you know that the headquarters for Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, representing Masons from fifteen U.S. states, has been in Lexington since the 1960s? In 1968 and 1969, they purchased more than twenty acres of land—including the area where the Scottish Rite Masonic Museum & Library and the Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction headquarters are now located.
