Quock Walker Day aka Massachusetts Emancipation Day commemorates a pivotal figure in Massachusetts history whose court case helped abolish slavery in the state. The organizing team, along with ABCL, works tirelessly to ensure this important event is celebrated with the respect and recognition it deserves. Their dedication to honoring Quock Walker’s legacy enriches our community and promotes a deeper understanding of our shared history.
