Thursday we celebrated the students of Lex Research, a club dedicated to fostering scientific inquiry and innovation at Lexington High School.
With a mission to demystify the research process, Lex Research provides step-by-step guidance on conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing for science fairs or even publishing research papers. Through hands-on mentorship, members gain invaluable skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific communication—all while connecting with a network of like-minded peers.
As we approach Lexington’s 250th anniversary, the curiosity and dedication of these young researchers reflect the same spirit of discovery that has driven progress in science and technology for centuries. From the revolutionaries of 1775 to the innovators of today, Lexington has always been a place where bold ideas take shape.
